A quote that stood out to me immediately was "Photographs, which fiddle with the scale of the world, themselves get reduced, blown up, cropped, retouched, doctored, tricked out." That sentence alone is what this century revolves around. Taking selfies and editing it to look a certain way, a way we wished we look like or what we want others to think we look like. There are so many tools that can be used to make a picture look absolutely nothing like the original. In my selfies, I showed just how much work can be done to make a completely new selfie.
