Andy Warhol was known as an icon of pop art, and when learning and researching about him, it was really interesting to see how his art looked visually. Referencing to the Marilyn Monroe pop art, he had made the pictures through silk screening and it was an effect that showed how Marilyn Monroe is always Marilyn Monroe no matter how she looks. She is known to always have the same type of appearance and with her heavy-lidded eyes and painted lips, it showed her seductive mask. Her look shaped her identity and for what she was known as to the world.
